Everyday life

Business has settled down and is running stably despite the tense economic situation in the industry. In the meantime, there is also merch with the current design and a beautiful CAD skeleton model, just like with any good band.

The outlook for 2026 is cautiously optimistic; at least it won't be boring.

Busy

2024 is off to a good start: The customer base is growing steadily, and the workload is stabilizing.

Time flies...

The company's founding is now 5 years ago. It has been an exciting time, much has turned out differently than originally thought. Nevertheless, a lot of routine has now set in, processes and methods have been established, and there are various regular customers.

Running

Business has stabilized. Successful inbound marketing and satisfied existing customers ensure a steady stream of orders.

CAD training and tutorials

In cooperation with GFU Cyrus AG, the CAD training courses have got off to a good start, and the offer will be expanded over the course of the year. The "CAD Tutorials" section on this page as well as the YouTube channel are also being expanded little by little.

Slow recovery

The winter 2021/2022, like the previous one, is characterized by frequent closures of kindergartens. As a result, R-Kon's capacity remains low, even though the business environment is becoming more positive again. The development of the business area "CAD‑training and consulting" is slowly gaining momentum. Demand for design services is also slowly increasing again.

3 years already...

The company's founding anniversary is celebrated for the third time. Despite very difficult economic and political conditions, R-Kon was able to survive the start-up phase.

Restart

R-Kon is slowly picking up again despite the significant political disadvantage for families and working parents in Germany, as the overall economic situation gradually improves. The previously somewhat neglected business area "Consulting and Training" is gaining in importance.

Over the course of the first quarter, the "CAD Tutorials" section has also grown significantly.

Second anniversary

The second anniversary is marked by the circumstances and burdens of Corona policies. The most appropriate response to the economic and political environment is to take a break for a while.

Trademark protection

The new logo with the brand name has been registered as a trademark.

New Design

R-Kon has now been around for almost 2 years and is getting a new design.

CAD Tutorials

Start of the "CAD" tutorial section and the R-Kon YouTube channel, which explains advanced CAD methods, in particular top-down modeling with sketch skeletons.

First regular annual financial statement

The first complete fiscal year ends with a good result. After getting started, R-Kon can now tackle expansion on a solid basis.

First anniversary

R-Kon turns 1 year old. The business figures are better than expected. The young company has successfully completed some technically demanding projects and the prospects are positive. The fully digital and highly automated administration has entered regular operation.

Market entry

After much preparatory work, R-Kon begins operations and the first projects are processed.

Founding

After about 11 years at SMS in Witten, Felix Rodermund founds Rodermund Konstruktion und Entwicklung GmbH, shortly R-Kon.
